The newly renovated Puku Ridge seamlessly blends style and comfort with nature. From the elegant architectural lines to the well-designed vehicles and the perfectly positioned hide in front of the camp's private waterhole.
The camp is located in the middle of a remote landscape in the incredible South Luangwa National Park with a view of a floodplain and a waterhole that is regularly visited by a wide variety of animal species.
The camp is a collaboration between the new owners, Chichele Safaris, and the Cumings family of Chiawa Camp & Old Mondoro. It's in one of the best locations in the park.
Facilities, service and safaris have all been lifted to the highest standards for which the Cumings family is already known in their own safari camps in the Lower Zambezi. Unique in design, but traditional in appearance, the camp was completely rebuilt.
Elements from the original bush camp have been combined with traditional African elements, and authentic, local art adds to the comfort of the visitors. This makes Puku Ridge one of the most attractive, authentic new safari camps in recent years.
A still largely undiscovered area and one of the best in Africa to track down the shy leopards.
Canoeing among hippos and drinking elephants! This experience in the pristine wilderness and bird paradise is unique!
